We offer personal and helpful assistance when supplier warranty is applicable. You can always call us, both for investigation or to help contact the supplier. We will make sure it works well and we are more than happy to help you with any problem. Just call or send an e-mail and we will help you in the best way!

We are happy to answer all your questions, our amazing customer service are open from 10-17. If you don't have the opportunity or don't feel like calling, you are more than welcome to send us an e-mail instead. We answer e-mails sent before 15.00 already the same day! No question is too small, we will help with any thoughts or give advice.

Environment & Sustainability 

We use for example, Postnord as a partner for delivery. They are environmentally certified and involved in environmental work. For us it's important with a long-term perspective and sustainable solutions, which we can achieve in our collaboration with Postnord. 

In our office, we strive to be paperless, and in the cases, we need paper we only use Eco-labelled paper, free from chlorine. We strive to minimize our electricity consumption through the responsible use of power-saving devices. In our purchasing process, we value environmental certifications and sustainable thinking.
