In our goal to strive for transparency and increased security for you as a customer, we want to go one step further and tell you what happens when you order something from us.
Step by step
1) When you place an order, it goes directly to our order department. They assemble the items which will then be packed in protective packaging to protect your goods on their journey to you.
2) At the packing station, the goods are checked for correctness and that everything is complete and looks good. Next, everything is packed as environmentally friendly as possible and we now receive a parcel number from Posten, with which you can track your order as it travels through Sweden. This is sent out to you by email so you can also follow the delivery.
3) The post office comes and collects the goods from us during the afternoon and we always try to make sure that everything is included - even orders placed as late as 15:30 should be sent the same day!
4) At the postal centre, your package will be sorted and passed around before it is finally delivered to your postal agent. Even before it has been delivered, you will receive an SMS notification (if you have entered your mobile phone number) telling you that you can soon pick up your order that we have sent!
Shipping company
We have chosen to work with Posten as they have an incredibly high level of delivery reliability and also work actively with environmental issues. They have certified most of their operations with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, which makes them an ethical partner we are happy to continue working with.
If something should happen
In addition to this, the goods are always insured and protected - in the unlikely event of something happening, just contact our customer service who will immediately ensure that you do not suffer.
