Used laptop 14"
Laptops with 14" screens have become increasingly popular in recent years, taking over many of the areas where 15.6" was by far the most popular size. There are now 14" computers with very good performance that work for all kinds of tasks, but with a very small size and light weight. It is the perfect compromise between 13", which often feels a little too small, and 15", which becomes large and heavy in many cases. It is possible to use a 14" screen as the only monitor and the computers can weigh as little as 1kg and barely be felt in the bag. We have a large selection of used 14" laptops and a constantly changing range. So it pays to check our used laptop categories regularly and see what's available.
Choosing a used 14" laptop
To choose a used 14" laptop, you need to think about what your uses are. In short, there are two ways to go. As light a computer as possible that is used for lighter tasks and is slightly less upgradable, or a heavier machine that has more powerful components, more cooling and is often easier to upgrade to be as future-proof as possible. If you know you'll be using your computer for heavier tasks such as video editing, rendering or gaming, then it's definitely a heavier model you need to look at.
Choosing a monitor
Another important thing to look at is what screen you need. There are 14" laptops with several different types of screens. The resolution, or how many pixels you can fit on the screen, plays a big part in how much work you can have on the screen at the same time. There is Full HD, Quad HD and 4K, and in short, Full HD is sufficient for most needs unless you are in dire need of multi tasking and seeing as much as possible on the screen at the same time.
