We offer personal and helpful assistance in cases where a manufacturer's warranty applies. You can always call us - either to get an assessment or help with contacting the manufacturer. We take it upon ourselves to make sure it works and are more than happy to help with your case. Just call or send us an email and we will help you in the best way we can!

Feel free to contact us with your questions, our fantastic customer service team answers all questions between 10:00 and 17:00 (UTC+1) If you do not have the opportunity or desire to call, it is also possible to email. We answer emails received before 15.00 the same day! No question is too stupid, and we are happy to help answer your questions and give advice.
ENVIRONMENT AND SUSTAINABILITY
We use Postnord as a partner for our deliveries. They are environmentally certified and conduct active environmental work. For us, it is important to have a long-term perspective and sustainable solutions, which we can achieve through our cooperation with Postnord.
In the office, we are moving towards a paperless workflow, and in cases where we need paper, we only use swan-labelled paper free of chlorine. We also strive to minimise our power consumption through the responsible use of energy-efficient appliances. In all our purchases, we value environmental certifications and sustainable thinking.
